Summertime Cooking Plans

I have no idea where this year has gone.  It’s June already, though in my humble opinion June and July are a well kept secret  in Cabo with some of the best weather in a town that sees about nine great months of weather every year.  Days are in the 80s, nights in the 60s… with occasional hot/cold spikes… in other words, wonderful!
